G.W.P. produces milled individual parts and exclusive small batches, even when the components require demanding machining of several sides.Depending on the material and component geometry, milling paths must be specifically programmed to prevent stress in the component. Thread cutting
G.W.P. produces metal mechanical components, thread cutting is a manufacturing processes that occur frequently. We use high-quality thread cutters, shell-type thread milling cutters, thread plug gauges, and manual thread cutters of solid carbide. We sometimes use high-quality threaded bush systems for casting materials. Different procedures are used to create threads depending on the material requirements.
